These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Larson Air Solutions website and the services provided by Larson Air Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Company Information

Larson Air Solutions is a licensed HVAC contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Northern California.

Services include, but are not limited to:

Heating installation and replacement

Air conditioning installation and replacement

HVAC repair and diagnostics

Preventative maintenance

Indoor air quality solutions

Ductwork installation and modification

Thermostat installation

System inspections and consultations

2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates, proposals, and quotations provided by Larson Air Solutions are based upon information available at the time of inspection.

Unless otherwise stated:

Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.

Pricing may change due to material costs, labor costs, permit requirements, or unforeseen conditions.

Additional work requested by the customer will require approval and may result in additional charges.

Verbal estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Service Authorization

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes Larson Air Solutions to perform requested inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, or installations.

The customer acknowledges that additional issues may be discovered during service and authorizes Larson Air Solutions to provide recommendations and revised pricing when necessary.

No additional work will be performed without customer approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit cards

Debit cards

ACH transfers

Checks

Approved financing programs

Failure to pay according to agreed terms may result in:

Late fees

Interest charges

Collection costs

Attorney’s fees

Suspension of future services

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees permitted by law.

5. Deposits

Larson Air Solutions may require deposits for:

Equipment purchases

Custom orders

Large installations

Special-order materials

Deposits may be non-refundable once equipment or materials have been ordered.

6. Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to equipment and work areas.

Customers are responsible for:

Securing pets

Removing obstacles

Ensuring utility access

Providing accurate contact information

If technicians are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge or rescheduling fee may apply.

7. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required by law, permits and inspections may be necessary.

Permit fees, engineering costs, and inspection fees may be billed separately unless specifically included in a written proposal.

Customers agree to cooperate with all permit and inspection requirements.

8. Equipment and Materials

Equipment availability is subject to manufacturer inventory and supply chain conditions.

Larson Air Solutions reserves the right to substitute equivalent equipment when necessary, provided performance and quality standards are maintained.

9. Warranty

Larson Air Solutions warrants workmanship for one (1) year from the date of installation unless otherwise stated in writing.

Manufacturer warranties remain governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Improper use

Lack of maintenance

Unauthorized modifications

Acts of nature

Power surges

Flooding

Fire

Customer negligence

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larson Air Solutions shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Consequential damages

Loss of business

Loss of income

Utility interruptions

Equipment failures beyond our control

Manufacturer defects

Pre-existing property conditions

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Violate applicable laws

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Interfere with website functionality

Upload malicious software

Copy website content without permission

Any unauthorized use may result in restricted access and legal action where appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

Logos

Images

Videos

Graphics

Text

Marketing materials

Service descriptions

are the exclusive property of Larson Air Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

13. Financing

If financing is offered through third-party providers, all financing approvals, terms, payments, and obligations are solely between the customer and the financing provider.

Larson Air Solutions is not responsible for financing decisions, interest rates, or financing agreements.

14. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled appointments by contacting Larson Air Solutions.

The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable cancellation fees for:

Last-minute cancellations

Missed appointments

Special-order materials already purchased

15. Force Majeure

Larson Air Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters

Severe weather

Supply chain disruptions

Labor shortages

Government actions

Utility interruptions

Transportation delays

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

16. Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Larson Air Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Unsafe property conditions

Customer negligence

Unauthorized equipment modifications

Violations of applicable laws

Third-party claims related to customer actions

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of El Dorado County, California.

18. Changes to Terms

Larson Air Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
